This yoga class will be accessible to all people – regardless of age or yoga experience. The class will focus on whole body flow that will start with basic poses and add on to that each week. Build strength, flexibility, awareness, and confidence. The instructor is Mary Beth Sassen. Please bring your own yoga mat or a towel for class. Please check before class in case of cancellation or change in location. Free. Drop in program. No registration required, but it is encouraged.
