Participa nts may choose to run or walk the 5K course or enjoy the 1-mile Fun Walk. The 5K begins at 8:00 a.m.\, and the walk starts thereafter.\n\nRegistrati on for runners and walkers with timing chips is $15\, if received by July 12 at 5:00 p.m.\,\nand $20 thereafter. There is no fee for the 1-mile Fun Walk\, or for participants who are not timed\; however\, registration is r equired. Registrations received by July 12 are eligible for packet pick-up on Friday\, July 19\, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.\, in the Licking Memorial Ho spital (LMH) First Floor Conference Rooms. All others may pick up packets at the event. Participants also may register on the morning of the race\, between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m.\n\nRegistration for both courses may be complet ed by visiting\nracepenguin.com/events/foryourhealth/\n\nLicking Memorial Health Systems exists to improve the health of the community. The objectiv e of the “For Your Health” 5K Run/Walk &\; 1-mile Fun Walk is to of fer a community event that encourages a healthy lifestyle for people of al l ages.\n\nThe 5K will run in the traditional direction\, and self-seeded starting corrals based on estimated finish times will be available. Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Males and Females Overall\, and Top 3 Male s and Females in each age division. All participants who cross the finish line will receive a participation medal.
