DESCRIPTION:The 2026 “For Your Health” 5K Run/Walk &amp\; 1-mile Fun Wa
 lk will take place at The Dawes Arboretum on Saturday\, July 18. Participa
 nts may choose to run or walk the 5K course or enjoy the 1-mile Fun Walk. 
 The 5K begins at 8:00 a.m.\, and the walk starts thereafter.\n\nRegistrati
 on will open in 2026.\n\nThe mission of Licking Memorial Health Systems is
  to improve the health of the community. The objective of the “For Your 
 Health” 5K Run/Walk &amp\; 1-mile Fun Walk is to offer a community event
  that encourages a healthy lifestyle for people of all ages.\n\nThe 5K wil
 l run in the traditional direction\, and self-seeded starting corrals base
 d on estimated finish times will be available. Awards will be presented to
  the Top 3 Males and Females Overall\, and Top 3 Males and Females in each
  age division. All participants who cross the finish line will receive a p
 articipation medal. RacePenguin will be used for race results. For questio

 nThe Licking Memorial Hospital Development Council partners with The Dawes
  Arboretum\, The Buckeye Valley Family YMCA\, and Park National Bank to pr
 esent the “For Your Health” 5K Run/Walk &amp\; 1-mile Fun Walk. This f
 amily event is held each year during the summer\, and everyone is invited 
 to attend. The event is not a fundraiser.
