C-TEC of Licking County is opening its doors to the community for an evening of exploration, opportunity, and family fun! The annual Community Open House & Job Fair will take place on October 15, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Whether you’re a prospective student exploring career possibilities, a job seeker looking for your next opportunity, or a community member curious about what happens inside C-TEC’s classrooms and labs, there’s something for everyone.
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour C-TEC’s state-of-the-art facilities, explore hands-on learning environments, and meet the instructors who prepare students for success in today’s workforce. Representatives from local business and industry partners will also be on hand, giving guests a firsthand look at the connections between career and technical education and the opportunities available throughout Licking County and beyond.
Returning to the event is Tech or Treat, a family-friendly experience that combines seasonal fun with early career exploration. Younger visitors can enjoy engaging activities designed to spark curiosity and introduce them to the exciting world of career and technical education.
The evening will also feature a Job Fair with local employers, offering job seekers the opportunity to explore employment options, make valuable connections, and learn more about careers in a variety of industries.
Additional highlights include food trucks, door prizes, and more.
C-TEC welcomes prospective students and their families, current students, alumni, local employers, and community members of all ages to experience firsthand the programs, partnerships, and possibilities that make career and technical education such an important part of the region’s future.
