The SGT BRUCE COGLEY FOUNDATION provides fitness scholarships to veterans. They are Combating Veteran Suicide with Fitness. CrossFit Uprising in Newark is hosting the 2nd Annual BRUCE WOD (WorkOut of the Day).
42 athletes will be completing one of CrossFit’s hardest workouts.
Anyone can watch and it is free. CrossFit Uprising has a few spots remaining for competitors. Registration closes on Nov 5th (6pm).
